1. General provisions

4. Buyer's rights

4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase and service agreement if the Seller fails to fulfill its obligations.

4.3. The Buyer shall not have the right to withdraw from the distance purchase - service contract under which the services have been provided to the consumer in full, if the consumer has given his express consent and recognition that he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract when the trader fully performs the contract.

5. Obligations of the Buyer
5.1. The Buyer must pay for the services and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

5.2.Before concluding a distance purchase-sale contract, the Buyer undertakes to get acquainted with all the purchase conditions.

5.3. The buyer undertakes not to pass on his login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses the login data, he must immediately inform the Seller by the means of communication specified in the section "Contacts".

5.4. By using the website www.Laurigo.lt, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules, other conditions and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

7. Obligations of the Seller
7.1. The Seller undertakes to make available to the Buyer the services provided by the website www.Laurigo.lt under the conditions set forth in these Rules.

7.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the services ordered by the Buyer under the conditions specified in the Rules.

7.4. The Seller, unable to provide the ordered service to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer a similar or as similar a service as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 14 working days, if the advance payment has been made.

8. Prices of services, payment procedure and terms

8.2. The Buyer pays for the services using the www.Laurigo.lt partner system.

9. Service quality guarantee
9.1. The warranty for each product sold on the website www.Laurigo.lt is indicated in its description.

10. Liability
10.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences.

10.3. The Buyer is responsible for the transfer of his login data to third parties. If the services provided by the website www.Laurigo.lt are used by a third party who has logged in to the website using the login details of the Buyer, the Seller shall consider this person to be the Buyer.

10.4. The Seller shall be released from any liability in cases where the loss arises due to the fact that the Buyer, notwithstanding the recommendations of the Seller and its obligations, has not become acquainted with these Rules, although he has been given such an opportunity.

10.5.If the Seller's website contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or persons, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities performed there, does not maintain, control and does not represent those companies and persons.

10.6.In the event of damage, the guilty party shall indemnify the other party for the direct damage.

11.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the shares, as well as cancel them. Any changes or cancellations of the share terms and conditions are valid only in advance, ie from the moment of their execution.

13.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to the relations arising on the basis of these rules.

13.3. The Buyer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service regarding the out-of-court settlement of a dispute.

13.4.All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
